Gaggl Media is the brainchild of Kala McNeely, our Chief Funny Officer, and Trivon Thompson, our Chief People Person. We’re just two folks who believe that laughter is the best way to bring people together. We started Gaggl because we wanted to help local businesses show that behind every brand are real people who love what they do. We’re all about sharing that joy and making sure your business stands out with a smile. We’re passionate about what we do and can’t wait to help your brand spread its wings. Kala McNeely

I love laughing, but even more, I love making others laugh. My passion for content creation sparked about six years ago when I was the Public Education Team Lead at our local 911 center. It was there I realized that, even in serious situations, humor could be a powerful tool for education and connection.
Working with local businesses is my favorite because I get to see the world through their eyes and share those everyday moments that matter. My creativity? It’s fueled by constant creation and silly adventures with my kids. If we all thought more like children—with curiosity and shamelessness—we’d find ourselves thinking outside the box more often.
A fun fact about me? I believe nothing is too serious to not laugh about it!
Trivon Thompson
Chief People person (Cpp)
Gaggl Media was born from a lightbulb moment while creating content for my own company, The CrossFittin’ REALTOR Co. I saw the potential for others to benefit from the same fun, personality-driven videos we were making, and Gaggl Media took shape.
As Chief People Person, I ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes—setting up meetings, coordinating projects, and handling payments. My goal is to give our clients a seamless, personalized experience.
What excites me most is working with local businesses that bring something special to the table. My Jamaican roots and diverse background taught me to stay calm, calculated, and disciplined—qualities that help me connect with clients and keep Gaggl Media on track.
